The man accused in the fatal shooting of a Bakersfield toddler now faces four charges in the case. Anthony Chacon, 28, appeared in court Thursday afternoon for the death of Ka-Mya Robinson. The child's mother was at the hearing, and she was surrounded by armed officers.
