Cliff Crofford, a renowned songwriter and entertainer with a local connection, died Sunday. A private family viewing will be held Friday in Ontario, according to Draper Mortuary. Crofford was known for his work in the music, radio and TV industries.

Dwight Yoakam, Buck's son Buddy Allan Owens, along with the Buckaroos will take the stage instead, keeping the new year's tradition alive.
