Kern County Supervisor Michael Rubio is expanding his office hours. They will now be from 8 am until 6 pm.  Residents of the Fifth District Communities of Lamont, Weedpatch, Greenfield, Arvin, East Bakersfield, Southeast Bakersfield and Westchester are now invited to take advantage of these...more increased hours. This change is intended to help constituents get better assistance and delivery of services from Supervisor Rubio and his staff.
